A new telephone and logistics helpline Today, BERTHOUD announces the launch of a new telephone and logistics helpline during the peak spraying season for its dealer network. Taking service to a new level, the BERTHOUD customer service department (Parts and Accessories) allows dealers to place their orders up to 4pm Monday to Friday with guaranteed order preparation and dispatch for delivery before 10am or 1pm the next day depending on the option they choose when placing an order. BERTHOUD now offers the possibility to process all requests for parts and accessories from its French dealers from 8am to 6.30pm on weekdays and from 8am to 12pm on Saturday mornings. Orders can be recorded and shipped the same evening for delivery by 10am or 1pm. This new plan will come into effect during peak spraying season from April to June.
