EASYFLO, the new calibration module for pneumatic vineyard sprayers.

Improved accuracy :

Thanks to the use of a whirlcore nozzle for the outflow’s calibration, Easyflo has two main advantages :

- very precise calibration of the output in accordance with environment standard EN 12 761

- can work with very low volumes with no risk of clogging. Each outlet, diffuser or cannon can be fed individually for perfect homogeneity of the output between the outlets and makes applications with low volumes (<100l/ha) without clogging possible. 

Environment-friendly and saving chemicals:

The individual calibration of the outlet with the Easyflo allowed BERTHOUD to improve the distribution for all airblast booms. It is now possible to shut off spraying of the external ½ rows, complete rows or multiples of complete rows with electric valves.

Shut-off external rows:

This option avoids the spraying of roads, path, adjoining fields, houses….. The shut-off by complete rows (or multiples of complete rows): This option allows shutting-off spraying gradually in point-shaped fields and so avoiding spraying outside the field.

Available on the whole BERTHOUD range:

Easyflo is now standard on all mounted, trailed, and demount airblast sprayers, demount units for harvesters, on all booms. The shut-off for external rows, complete rows and multiples of rows is optional.

Standard, the booms available for mounted and trailed sprayer have 2 sections, 4 sections are optional. Spraying units and demount units for harvesters have 3 standard sections, and can be delivered with 2 or 4 additional sections (option).
