With over 120 years experience in plant protection, our pumps are based on the expertise of our engineers in the BERTHOUD design office.

Designed, assembled and honed by our Belleville technicians, they are the veritable lungs of the sprayer and have been developed based on your needs to meet the spraying challenges of tomorrow: reliability, high work output, environment - with a view towards maximum integration (accessibility, dead volume reduction).  

Each pump is subjected to an individual test protocol to validate its performance and its robustness before the final assembly of the machine.

With the support of your sales advisor (specialising in spraying machines), determine which pump would be best adapted to your sprayer, the products used (plant protection and liquid fertiliser) and your practices (work speed, nozzle flow speed and so on).

BERTHOUD has developed 3 types of pumps to best meet your needs: the OMEGA pump - a twin-turbine centrifugal pump available on the RAPTOR self-propelled range (as standard), the VANTAGE trailed range (as standard) and the TRACKER (optional); the GAMA pump - a single-acting pump available on the range of mounted and small trailed machines, and the VOLUX pump - a double-acting piston dosing pump available on the TRACKER DPAM machine.
