The VITIFLEX arch: the perfect arch for very wide vines
This arch provides great flexibility of use. It is particularly well-suited in the case of multiple plantation widths and in very wide vines (the widest arch on the market with a total width of 5.30 m, making it possible to bring the cannons close to the crops and therefore target the outer rows more precisely).
This arch features optimum spraying quality and precision. It is fitted with TWINMIST cannons: double spreader, great coverage height, even distribution, reduced air consumption, built-in Easyflo calibration, easy adjustment (mounted on a ball joint), cannons Ø 110 mm as well as AIRMIST DUO or TRIO diffusers: BERTHOUD patent, dual feed (reduced risk of clogging), mounted on a ball joint, wide-angle diffuser is available as an option.
It is also very easy-to-handle and flexible thanks to its ultra-compact transport size and reduced height (2.5 m high and 1.6 m wide) and independent unfolding and spacing (each of the two arms can be unfolded and spaced out with a single action).
Graduated indicators make it easier to position the arch at the required width.
Simplified control means only two double-acting hydraulic spools are required to unfold and space out the arms independently and uncouple right/left movements. It is also possible to add an electro-hydraulic control option.
