"For BERTHOUD, a firm that has been part of the French farm machinery scene for more than 120 years, SIMA has a very particular dimension. It’s a privileged place for exchanges with our clients. It’s the only show where the whole company is involved because, in addition to our sales and aftersales teams, we also invite employees from the design office and production. At SIMA, BERTHOUD has earned a reputation for having its own catering on our stand. Dealers, clients and colleagues from our Exel Industries group have got used to coming and sharing a friendly moment on our stand. Finally SIMA is the opportunity for BERTHOUD to communicate about its innovations. We often take the opportunity given by the SIMA to launch our new products. In 2013 and 2015, we won respectively gold and silver medals at the SIMA Innovation Awards for our Cleansprayer direct injection system and our “Close transfer” filling system, called B-Safe. At the 2017 trade show, we launched our new high-end trailed sprayer VANTAGE, awarded “Machine of the Year 2017” by the specialised press. Passionate about the Product, this edition remains deeply rooted in my memory as one of my greatest professional souvenirs. In 2019 we are going to launch more new concepts, with the aim of continuing to impress !"
