Telescopic AB Most booms: a must for side-by-side spraying
Outstanding flexibility of use : telescoping range of 700 mm: continuous spacing over the entire range.
Hydraulic lift on guide rail with cushioned nitrogen gas accumulator suspension Lift of 340 mm as standard, 500 mm available as an option.
High clearance under boom (up to 2.60 m).
Simplified transition to transport position: lowering the VG makes it possible to position the arms directly in the transport position.
Simplified manoeuvres at row ends :
Positive VG: the telescopic AB Most booms are fitted with positive variable geometry as standard, enabling the boom arms to move upwards and therefore raise the outer sprayers. This design offers several advantages: it reduces the overall width of the boom, which aids steering for turns at row ends and it also makes working on sloped terrain much easier and reduced transport size.
ACS, an automated mode that makes U-turns easier: combined with the negative VG option, ACS (Simplified Driving Assistance) is an automatic feature that makes row-end manoeuvres easier. At the row end, one press cuts off the spraying and raises the VG. At the start of a new row, a second press lowers the VG and opens the spraying.
An all-terrain boom
The negative VG reset option (in addition to positive VG) simultaneously enables one arm to move upwards while the other arm moves downwards to make working on slopes and terraces easier.
Simplified adjustment
Graduated indicators: make it easier to position the boom at the desired width.
Tool-free indexed change of range (2 m - 3.20 m boom): facilitates the positioning of the sprayers at the correct width if there is a change in working range. Quick-clamp handles (available as an option) allow this operation to be carried out without tools.
