AXIALE boom: legendary stability
The AXIALE boom provides outstanding vertical stability especially on bends and excellent performance on sloping terrain due to its central pivot suspension.It compensates for slope variations without user intervention.The AXIALE boom is mounted on a central pivot close to its centre of gravity. Maintaining the balance and the alignment of the boom relative to the axle are provided by additional return springs located between the fixed and mobile frame. Vibrations are dampened by 2 shock absorbers.
The boom is also fitted with an independent anti-whiplash device for each arm. This system reduces horizontal whiplash during acceleration and braking in order to maintain boom structure.
A sturdy boom thanks its joints, the long-life hydraulic cylinders which operate with the rod retracted when the boom is unfolded, as well as the Quadrix nozzle holders protected front and rear.
