The EKTAR AS is a front boom in aluminium, going from 36 to 42 m, specifically designed for the RAPTOR AS. Its overall width of 2.55 m enables it to travel on roads at 40 km/h. It is also very robust thanks to its triangular structure.
Controlling its movements is done by electric controls (ED) in the cab. The slope control and variable geometries reset is fitted as standard
EKTAR AS is fitted with a pendular-type suspension providing a wide visibility window for the driver. It is also fitted with an anti-whiplash system (on both the mobile frame and on each cylinder that unfolds the main arms), as well as a shock absorber kit providing it with a very good performance on slopes and bends.
