Regardless of the field you are interested in, we regularly offer high quality internship and apprenticeship programmes, which allow you to discover the working environment of a family-run international business and gain your first professional experience. You will be involved in the conduct of many projects and your manager will provide you all the assistance you need. Every year, our company welcomes more than a dozen trainees with various educational backgrounds.

We offer internship and work-study contracts in all departments, allowing our students to carry out ambitious projects, apply their knowledge and training in concrete work situations, discover the activities and the spirit of a leading international company in the field of sprayers, develop a network of contacts, and hone and acquire skills for future job opportunities.

Each student on internship or in a work-study program has a tutor in the company, who monitors them throughout their journey in BERTHOUD.
