An industrial site specialised in top-of-the-range crop spraying products

Belleville is BERTHOUD’s historical production site, which designs 100% of its machines, and assembles and markets the entire range of sprayers. This 6 hectare site houses the international research centre, the assembly lines, our automatic paint booth and our quality department which tests each component and each machine before they leave the factory. Almost 300 points are checked throughout the assembly of our sprayers.

An integrated training centre - A proactive call centre

BERTHOUD has an integrated training centre that welcomes more than 500 technicians and salespeople every year from our distributors of all nationalities. Our telephone platform, also available for the network, handles 10,000 calls every year (adjusting your machine, solving technical problems, etc.).

An efficient Parts and Accessories warehouse and design office

2,000 m² of storage space, 10,000 part references in stock, 30,000 orders processed annually and parts always available for machines more than 25 years old! A high-tech research centre composed of 25 engineers and technicians, and many exclusive patents (Actiflex suspension, OMEGA pump, etc.)
