DPM regulation
DPM (output proportional to tractor engine speed) regulation makes it possible to maintain a constant volume per hectare at a given gear speed.
It is based on the principle of proportionality between the nozzle flow rate and the return flow rate to the tank.
This system is very precise for speed variations of up to 20%.
The user simply turns the adjustment dial to obtain the required working pressure. The pressure depends on the required volume per hectare and speed and which nozzle has been selected.
Electric DPM is available as an option.
